ACCOMMODATION

The farm buildings were part of West Trewent Farm and were converted in 2005 providing luxury and high quality holiday accommodation.

The buildings are single storey with slate floors in the open plan living room/kitchen/dining areas. The bedrooms have carpets and rugs. Both are fully equipped with dishwasher, electric fan oven, halogen hob, washing machine/dryer, freezer, microwave, fridge, tv, dvd player and radio cd player.

Potato Barn and Greenala Barn are semi-detached. They are quite separate or can be linked along the front south-facing terrace. They have their own gated entrances, parking areas and gardens.

Linen and bath towels are provided.
Fuel and electricity are included.

For 8 People:
2 double bedroom/ensuite wetrooms with shower and wash hand basin.
1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, bathroom.
In addition, there is a loft room, via ladder staircase with single beds.
Open plan living room/dining/kitchen; utility room, wc.
Underfloor heating beneath slate floors.
Woodburning stove.
Large garden with pond. Parking.

2 double bedrooms.
Loft bedroom with ladder stair access, 2 single beds.
Bathroom, shower room, utility room.
Open plan living room/dining/kitchen.
